Our Pastor
Pastor Joan Greer-Osborne’s walk with Christ spans over forty years. She received Jesus Christ as her Lord
and Savior at the tender age of 15 and was filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues
as the Spirit gave utterance. Several years later, she answered the Call of Christ and began preaching the
Gospel of Jesus Christ.
In the summer of 1986, Evangelist Joan Greer-Osborne became a member of the newly formed Jesus Holy
Temple #2 under the leadership of Bishop Jerry Potts with church services being held in her home in Dallas,
Texas. Subsequently, Jesus Holy Temple #2 closed it’s doors on Westmoreland only to be re-established as
Temple of God Deliverance Ministries with Evangelist Joan Greer-Osborne as its Founder and Senior Pastor.
In addition to a weekly radio broadcast ministry on 1040-AM KGGR, Pastor Osborne has also ministered on a
Cable Television Program. Pastor Osborne also ministered frequently to inmates in the Dallas County
Correctional Facility.
God gave Pastor Osborne a Vision of unity and support within the Body of Christ and thus, lead her to found I.C.
C.I. (International Council of Churches and Intercessors), which serves many ministries throughout the United
States, Germany, India, Norway, West Indies, Jamaica, England, Mexico, South & West Africa, Zambia,
Botswana, Ghana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Mazoe, Cape Town, Hawaii and most recently, Scotland. God has put in
the heart of our Pastor and the church to reach the hurting and wounded souls and to preach the Gospel of
Jesus Christ to the world according to Isaiah 61:1.
Pastor Osborne is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters (Sheree, Jacque and Donna), three wonderful
sons (Corey, Jasper and Anthony) and seven grandchildren. We echo the words of the Angel, Gabriel, in St.
Luke 1:28 and proclaim, “Pastor Osborne, thou are blessed among women and highly favoured; SURELY, the
Lord is with thee”.
